Re: Fwd: Re: Meltdown at Carlsson

Gee Sandy, I guess she's just selective. I've suffered from all the
problems you've never experienced in dealing with Carlson and Linda.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate having an affordable source for parts.
But after
incorrect parts, incorrect shipments, failed shipments, billing errors, 3
unsuccessful
attempts at getting a call tag, all on top of the abrasive nature and
difficulty in
contacting her, I now spend my money elsewhere.

I was able to establish a friendly rapport with her and did grin once or
twice during
the process, but a few more dollars is money well spent when it buys me
the
confidence that I'll get what I want, when I want it.

I won't refuse to try Carlson in the future, but it will be my last
resort when I do.

Not of this has anything to do with the current problems being discussed.

I haven't called Carlsen in over a year. I'm getting all the parts I
need and not
going broke at it either.
