RE: Re: Meltdown at Carlsson
... it is good to hear this from someone who does not live in the area. I
was going to post my recent experience, but since I can actually go there to
see them in person it is likely to be different than others.
It turns out that it has been quite some time since Linda has actually
gotten parts for me as I usually talk to Didi (who now is supposed to be
working getting parts for the service department) and lately Mike and Rob.
I've got to say that at least in person it seems that Linda has actually
mellowed a bit.
Sure, I deal with Autobahn of NH, TPC, GPR, and others as well, but I'm
still convinced that Carlsen can be a good source for parts. AAMOF, Didi
saved me a bit of hassle when I found out Friday afternoon that I was doing
a clutch M/C on my BiL's 5k over the weekend. Fortunately they had one in
stock ... and since it was from their aftermarket supplier I could get it
for a really good price ... and it had the new casting too ...
