The easy, albeit temp. fix - until you can make a permanent fix - is to
let the car come up operating temp., turn on the heater (any setting),
then reach under the glove box where the recirc. flap is and push it
closed.  Don't turn the CC off when you turn off the car, or that flap
will close.
