Hi all


I will be changing the oil over Xmas in the Coupe Q,  when I replaced the lifters I noticed that the top end of the engine was quite dirty with a lot of old hard deposits of oil etc. I was thinking of running an oil flush through first, but I am hesitating a little because I have heard that this can do more harm than good and remove too much dirt all in one go. Can anyone offer some advice on this or should I just change the oil and not worry. For the record I change every 6k miles with Synthetic and filter.
