Just put in new synthetic and filter and try not to think about it. Think
instead of all the water and debris sitting on the bottom of your gas
tank... ;-)
If you're really obsessive about this ;-), put a 1/2 qt of Marvel Mystery
Oil in the engine about 500 miles before you change the oil next time. Do
this a few times and it should clean it up "gently"....
