Actually, this is only true for 84 4kq's, and I would presume
83/84" ur-q's.  WHen the 4kq got the interior update in 85' this
changed.  I would assume the 85' ur-q would have changed as well since
they got the same dash, etc.  THe newer cars with one pieced Speedo Cable
you have to pull the top of the Inst. Cluster off and use the special tool
(or a small screwdriver) thats included clipped up under the cover, to
insert into the back of the hole on the back upper portion of the
speedo.  THis resets it on the newer cars.
