5kt stereo update

Stereo is in and working on front speakers only. I gave up on the rears for 
now. Car starts fine (that was a _real_ stupid unrelated brain fade problem).
Thanks to all fro the responses and help. As usual, the list is invaluable.
The problem has been narrowed down to the headphone jacks on the rear deck, 
and the way they are grounded with the rear speakers.
Thanks again to all, and I'll pick up the fight again after the holiday trip.
