    I don't think Steve was saying that anyone *would be prosecuted*, just 
bringing up an interesting point that had not been addressed up to that 
point.  For you guys rushing out to get these pictures taken, it might be 
something you want to have in the back of your mind as you blast off into 
web-site history...
