Frozen Tie Rod ends.....

Note position of tie rods. Make sure the threads are thoroughly cleaned, coat 
all parts and contact points liberally with > Anti-sieze <  then position to 
original
location. (Either do yourself, or your mech do) 
Unless your blessed with actually finding service people who don't have their 
head up their &%@, you have to do this stuff yourself.
(As I've found out over and over)....
