Disconnect the plug under the overflow reservoir, check the autocheck
display, jump the connector and check the display. If it goes off it's
the float switch in the reservoir. The next probable culprit is the four
pronged multifunction switch under the gooseneck (this sensor is also
responsable for narcoleptic temp gauge.) If it's still on, then you're
going to have to check the continuity of the wires and the autocheck unit
itself.
