Got the Ur Registered and all yesterday so now its time for some
mileage.

First things I noticed:
1) When its cold (13 F) it was a little tough to start. Also (probably
related) when it does start, you just cant put it in gear and go. It
just wont do anything, you have to wait for it to warm up for a minute
or two, then its fine. ideas? (havent verified functionality of 6th
injector yet, will tomorrow)

2) once hot, and back home in the driveway, the rad fan still runs for a
loooooooong time.  About 2 hours. After about 20 minutes though, I can
go in, turn the key on (not start it) and it will go off and stay off.
Otherwise I have to wait the two hours for it to go off. Sending unit?
relay?

3) The LED panel of oil temp and voltage... I took them apart today and
cleaned the contacts etc. Its a little better, but the voltage leds all
go out after a fashion and occasionaly come back. The oil temp works OK
until it gets to a certain temp, then it lights a whole bunch of LEDS.
Not necesarily sequential either. (!).  Is this panel the same as the
4000Q ones of same vintage?
