I guess I didn't have a firm understanding of the warranty.  I thought
that brakes were a "wear-n-tear" item, like the clutch.

The problem was that he forgot to do the alignment.  My reasoning was that
the car was pulling after I got new tires.  The other issue was that he
was telling me that it *probably* didnt need aligned.  That wasn't the
issue.  I asked for it, he didnt do it, and he was trying to dance around
his error.
