H1/H4 Euros

Ok, I am ready to do this.  My headlamp adjusters on my 4kcsq are broken, and 
my lights point down.  So, I am ready to upgrade(again).  I can't order from 
Metrix, because I don't have a garage.  They won't even give me a price!  
Does anyone know the cheapest route in this changeover?  Who has the best 
price?  Any help is always appreciated!
