The cheapest route is to use pre 1985 brackets and 4 $30-40 replaceable
bulb lenses (with relays of course)  Two problems are the basic cosmetic
which you might not like (quad rectangle lights) and difficulty of
finding a whole set of good donor parts (trim, grille, etc.)
