If the UrQ dash is like the 4kq, which I think it is, then the Pioneer
TS-1018 will fit if you bend the little bent tab back to straight.  They are
the second speaker down at

I bought them locally from an installer who knew they fit the 4kq.
Crutchfield and others will insist they don't fit, but they are the best fit
of any speaker I've seen.  (Which isn't saying much.  But it is a
problematic fit.)  You'll have to glue them in place.  They sound great with
a subwoofer, but have no bass of their own, of course.

I don't know about your rear speakers.
