ur-quattro 20V - Engine Removal and Refitting

When refitting the engine the following points should be observed in the reverse order of removal (continued from previous page:

Only contact G is used on the oil pressure sender
Check that pipes and cables near the steering system are not fouled
Observe the colour coding on the four-way connector holder on the bulkhead
Allow the engine supports to rest on the mounts under their own weight and tighten to 45Nm.
Fit the air duct between the intercooler and longtitudinal support before refitting the spoiler.
Adjust the accelerator with reference to the Fuel Supply section.
Adjust the headlights.
Adjust the alternator belt.
