[200q20v] Problems with CC/performance

Hello,

    There is one major problem with my car that I would like to fix. Right now, my
car runs and performs fine when my climate control is turned OFF. however, when I
turn it on (esp. the A/C), the idle becomes rough, the car accelerates slowly, and
it will sometimes lurch when driving (almost feels like a fuel cut) it will lurch
under acceleration or constant throttle (ie cruise control on a flat stretch of
road.)   has anyone else experienced this before? any ideas?
