Hi Phil,

The bypass valve I put in was a new unused OEM Bosch one.  These don't make any noise?  It's not super-loud, but I can tell it's there.

Is this the consensus of the rest of the list?  Stock Bosch BPV's don't make a shoosh?

Why would a tear make it louder when shifting?  I can understand maybe if it was making noise under boost but not while shifting.
