I just did this!  Here is my BTDT.

1. Remove axel nut.
2.Jack car and remove the front wheel
3 Remove the (6) triple square cap screws to remove the inner joint.  
4. move inner joint up and to the side and turn wheels to one side to
remove outer joint from the hub.  It is a little tricky but better than
removing the ball joint etc.
5.  clean and re-grease and put it back together
