Clutch throwout bearing seems to be going

I had the same problem last fall at 175k.  Paid a shop $700 to do the labor 
(included new rack) since they were in their).  Bought a kit from Blau for $300 
something.  Bearing was shot, guide sleeve OK, clutch almost down to the 
rivets.  It was time.  Had a problem shortly after with the clutch master and/or 
slave cylinder.  I went to the shop while they were working on it.  It was 
quite a job.

Fix it before it blows apart! And have the flywheel resurfaced ($40).
