There is a blower motor control unit(power module) on top of the evaporator box with two plugs. Try bypassing this with the instructions here http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/ac.html#blowchk Otherwise try removing the rubber elbow on the heaterbox to access one side of the blower motors brushes you can then try pushing on the brush/spring to see if you can get the blower going again.
