IANAL, but fight them.  It isn't that glass the failed, but
the auto-dimming electronics.  Get a lawyer to explain the
situation to them, or get it fixed by someone else and take
them to small claims court to recover your damages.

And find another dealer. Let the sales people know why they
won't be making any more money off you or your family or
your friends or anyone else you talk to, including this
list.
