I did tighten it while on the ground, so the bushings should not(and are not) torn. The popping was there even before I did the suspension repair. I get now what you are talking about on the front control arm. It is in a different orientation than the others, but as long as the wheels are pointed forward and the suspension is compressed when they are tightened - it should be fine. Any other ideas?
