[ba] AUDI 100CS Radio

2 possibilities:
1) you bought a bad radio
2) no power to the unit.  Either wire issue or more
likely fuse blown in fuse panel.  

And once it is working you will need to reprogram the 
codes, hope you got them with your ebay radio.
