Eurolights - 100 Q - dim, fixed follow-up

Thanks to the persistance of others on the list insisting my dim Eurolight
low beams did not seem normal, I was able to find and fix the problem.

I had just hit on the possibility of the ground wire being in the wrong
position with a rough sketch, when Mike Arman sent his post which showed the
position the wires on the connectors needed to be for H4 bulbs., so I
wouldn't need to do this with an ohmeter.

So I looked at the connectors, and well the ground and the low beam were
bass-akwards.  Swapped them and the lights work as expected.  Low beams are
bright, and high beams are well, really bright.
