I had the same problem with two of the allen bolts on my 200TQ. Couldn't fit
a drill into mine but I did manage to hammer a 1/2" (I believe) socket onto
the outside of the bolt and proceeded to indo it that way. Not exactly
kosher but hey, it worked!

All new bolts and a tap cleaning of the threads has made removal for
painting (black - sorry Huw) very easy.
