I'd just like to add that the hydraulic shop rebuild isn't always as
great as what Mike got. I wound up paying $55 for a hose with no
swivels, and I think the rebuilt hose is causing a groaning noise as the
steering moves. Wrong size restrictor? It's been like that for a couple
of months. I hate to even think of unbolting that hose again. >>

I'll second that. I had one rebuilt and it lasted less time than the
emergency replacement I went and got off a car at Pick-N-Pull for $12.00
or so. The swedge broke on the rebuilt one. Was going to take it back
but never bothered and now the used one has lasted longer than the
rebuilt one did.

The rebuild cost over 60 bux and I could have gotten one new from Rod at
TPC for not much more...

I'm also not sold on the easy replacement idea since now that I have had
practice, PS high pressure hose replacement doesn't scare me...but
loosing one far from home still does ;-)
