Possible, but the engine will "bump" on the limiter all the time. The
brakes should be more than powerful enough to slow down the vehicle
even with WOT..

Yes, they are. Isn't it supposed to be 6700 rpm or so?
I think the limiter on the 20v engines (both NA and turbo) is placed a
bit higher, 7000 rpm or something..
