ICV/ISV

Mark,
My '86 CGT exhibits the same poor idle. I also have pulled, cleaned and even
swapped my ISV for another unit to no avail. But I noticed as you have that
the idle does not change at all if the electrical plug to the ISV is
removed. If anyone comes up with an answer and does not post it to the List,
would you please forward it to me? Thanks.
