Dash lights - odd behaviour - 1990 200TQ

Have been having the occasional bout of dashboard flu - yesterday after many
weeks of non-occurence the turn signals both came on rather dimly as well as
the high beam indicator. The computer display also dimmed. I assumed low
battery but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Came across this;

Anyone know what diode this is referring to? and perhaps a source of
replacement part? (or dealer only?)
