Yes, pulling the programmer is a bit of a pain, but having done that and
disconnected the heater cable at the programmer end the cable can be
threaded through a hole in the top of the glovebox and secured with a
self-tapper through the clip. Just open the glovebox and pull-push cable to
adjust. Crude but it works. If you have a manic programmer because the gears
are shot, pull the connector.
