Small Projector Lights that really work?

I dont know if the Hella driving lights are much more expensive in the US than
here in Norway, buit you can get these small Micro Xenon driving lights for ~$350
per kit:  http://www.hella.de/shop/microxe/indexe.htm And the huge Luminator Xenon
for ~$700 for a kit. I guess the small projector style Micro DE Xenon will be
priced at around $350, I can report when they appear at the FLAPS.
