Long hot start

First off... Congrats...
How hot is it outside? The problem sounds like the FP check valve. Hot
weather/underhood temp seems to percolate the fuel in the line. If you
return in 15 minutes or less the fuel is still in the lines. By cranking,
pausing and then cranking, you are cycling the FP and filling up the line
again.
Get it fixed.... Wifes don't like this problem!!! BTDT.
