There is a fun thing with the Skyline, the computer for the suspension, and
AWD is programmed to help powersliding!!! There are G sensors for longitu...
(bah! i can never spell that!) and lateral G's. When the computer determines
that you have started a powerslide it will limit the power transferred to
the front wheels! If you use an effective driving thechnique and don't floor
the trottle as soon as you hit the corner it will oversteer slightly. But if
you floor it it will go absolutely sideways in a computer assisted
powerslide.

Of course the above makes the car corner a lot slower then the chassie is
really capable of. A quick trick is to turn the G sensor 90º, this will keep
the AWD active. Computer mods are available, a diy approach is described in
one of the articles on www.autospeed.com.au. It is one of the 'free'
articles.
