oil light above 3k rpm

I don't know if this applies to the 90q but on the 200tq there are two oil
pressure switches, one 0.3bar that is used at low rpm and one 1.8bar for
high rpm. In your case the switch point could be at 3k and eiter the high
pressure oil switch is broken or the oil pressure are to low. I suggest
getting a (mechanical) oil pressure gauge.
