Airbag light won't go off

My airbag light came on a few weeks ago, and won't go off. The
connector under the dash is secure, as is the connector behind the
bag on the wheel. I called the local dealer and they told me the
airbag recall has been done. Anyone have any other suggestions as to
why the light would just come on? Is there a fuse or relay somewhere
for the bag?
