The odd thing is there is almost no judder. With both diffs locked (both
lights on anyway) there is definately a judder but with just the rear
"locked" (the light on my instrument cluster on) I can't really even feel
it.. I didn't even know there was an actuator rod on either diff. I thought
it was 100% vacuum controlled?

quite possibly... but I don't think I touched the vacuum hoses going to the
diff locks. I'll have to check the routing carefully. I know there is the
big connector that hooks up to the back of the diff lock switch but what
does the hose look like that supplies vacuum to the system?

still have to replace those. I've got the parts but no time!

Ooooh. Good idea. I didn't try that. Plus it will tell me if my diff is
really locked or not since both rear wheels should turn at the same rate
right?
