5k tranny: speedo and throttle controls

AFAIK, early type 44 NA 5Ks (84-85, maybe later years too) used mechanical
speedo cables.  All turbo type 44s and later NAs have electronic speedos,
whether auto or manual.  Thus, it's not a AT v. manual thing.
