I have replaced the oil cooler on my car with a used one and didn't find
any contamination inside neither the old nor the replacement one.

I don't remember exact numbers, but it's expen$ive, as are the oil lines.
I'd suggest finding a good used oil cooler and having the lines fabricated
at a competent hydraulic shop.
