Fixed 5ktq boost problem

Huw,
  i think on my daily driver I'll Definately do it twice a year.
 Depends on how much I drive the second car though.  On the 5ktq
its quite easy to change the filter.  And on early 4kq's its
fairly easy by removing headlamp.  But man, those later 4kq's
are a BEAR to change.
  Anyhow, I just bought this car and it REALLY needed it.  But
it served as a good reminder that the air filter should NOT be
ignored when doing maintenence.
