Why I drive an Audi.

In 1990 I had my '75 242 Swedish tank totaled while sitting in my front
yard.  The next morning I took a cab to (my then client) a Porsche/Audi
dealer, and he says he has just the car for me. OK, I say to myself, what ad
did I run wrong this time?
He takes me downstairs and sits me in a '90 80 Alpine White and says "this
has drive from the front wheels and that one over there in the Pearl White
has drive from all 4 wheels". I stretch my legs out completely, push the
seat back, find all 5 gears and ask "why do neither of these cars have just
rear wheel drive like the Porsche?" He just looked at me, somewhat puzzled,
and said "if you bought one of those, you'll be back to me for one of
these."

I understand now.
