5kT chip-mod sources & Can MAC11/14 be programmed for KH???

I have a KH motor, and I'm told the MAC 07 ECU can't be programmed, so
there's not a 'chip' solution for upping the boost and addressing
timing...But I understand the MAC 11 or the 14 can be programmed. The
problem is my motor has a higher compression ratio, so the timing may be too
advanced. My question is can I have some place program the chip of a MAC
11/14 to boost the 1.6 bar cutoff and setup better timing to match to a KH
motor? Also what's the best 'chip' for the buck?

I have a question about the 'chip' mods too: Does it only manipulate the
boost cutoff level and timing maps, or is does it also change anything w/
targeted a/f ratios? Specifically, can chop mods change the freq. valve duty
cycle to richen the mixture, or can the system go open-loop beyond a certain
level of boost to richen the mixture. Hmm. I guess the last thing could be
done by closing the full throttle switch at a certain rpm. Any way to
program any of this into the chip??? Thanks mucho for any pertinent info.
