well, the possibility exists for the water to be under pressure because of
restrictions in the head creating differing zones of flow.  Still, the point
is that with both ends open you really are going to have a hard time creating
any kind of significant pressure in the system.

ooh, good point.  I forgot to mention this.  Also one thing that is more
turbo specific.. check those turbo coolant lines while you are in there!
Others have had disasterous meltdowns due to corroded turbo cooling lines.
