The Badtrans virus is a trojan ( amongst other things) which was doing the rounds a few weeks ago. It has a fairly clever delivery system, actually - it replies to unopened emails in your inbox. The virus is delivered in a reply from someone you know on a subject you sent them an email on, and since the message was unopened, you haven't already received a legit reply from them. Cute, if you are into that sort of thing.
McAfee caught it on my computer about 3 weeks ago in a reply from an S-car lister.
