Thanks for the reply.
Actually, the side that caved in was the filler side. I think the reason
the other side went so well was because I heard the exterior panel pop off
its inner support (the panel was not repaired properly).

I just spoke with a Revolution Wheel dist. and he said that Revolution never
made a 16" wheel (they do now, but is a diff. style)
Sound like I have a "knock-off brand".
