Help sourcing aftermarket rim centering rings

I thought I purchased a set of 16" Revolution 5 spokes, at least that was
what I thought.  A local Revolution dist has told me that there never was a
16" model.  He told me that I most likely have a set of English knock offs.
Only two of the wheels came with the hub centering rings.  Where would be a
good source for these.  I have no idea who made the rims that I have on the
car.
