Someone (Steve Bucholz I think) once sent me a detailed set of
information about how to adjust the relative pressure produced by these
things but I have no idea where it is anymore...

As I recall it was a pin that could be pushed in (richer) or moved back
out, with the device disasembled. But your could be a bit different.

I think your cold and warm numbers are right on (~1 bar/3 bar) that
little peak might be an issue - running a bit lean for a moment?

It would be nice to know the WOT is truly working properly. A new
switch can't be that much at the dealer - I got a new WOT/idle switch
thru Atlantic Imported for about $70 when my idle switch went weird and
those cost a lot more than a WOT-only switch. Why did I buy new instead
of clean and replace? Because it is awkward to get to and adjust and I
didn't want to ever worry about it again...
