85 CGT suddenly cutting out

One of my 4Kq's acted this way when one of the hoses connected to the ISV 
rotted.  It was a fairly horizontal hose either beside or behind the valve 
cover, and it rotted on the bottom.  Hose looked good, but a little 
squeezing found weak spots/cracks.
