I think Home Depot has 1/8" aluminum in a few sizes.  Sounds like you
could buy a scroll saw, a file or two, a vise, and an electric drill, do
the job and keep the tools for less money.

"No such thing."  Really, figure you're gonna pay $50/hour or so for
every thing they have to do, including setting up each tool with cutting
bits, etc.  And they are probably going to work to a level of precision
that is unimportant to you.
