I am afraid you will find that you are dealing with your own insurance
agent at this point. Had you identified the loss while the vehicle was
still at Aamco you MIGHT have been able to get something done under their
insurance. However, most car repair places make you sign a disclaimer
(buried on the statement of work) that they are not responsible for losses.
At only $450 you are probably better off paying yourself rather than
claiming on your insurance and them paying higher rates for 3 years.
